Exchange & Refunds

Your order can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. There will be cancellation charges i.e. 5% of the paid amount; the rest of the amount will be credited to the original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 working days for the credit to appear in your account.

However, after this time period no refunds are offered and you will be delivered the product you ordered.

EXCHANGES

1: General 
No returns or refunds under normal circumstances. • Exchanges are allowed only for verified quality or workmanship issues. • Eligible items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in original packaging with tags intact.

2. Unstitched Collections
* No return or exchange for unstitched items.
* Complaints about unstitched items must be made within 7 working days of delivery.

3. Custom / Discounted Orders
* Custom-made or discounted orders are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

4. Faulty / Quality Problems
* Report any quality or workmanship issues within 48 hours of receiving your outfit.
* Our Quality Team will review the claim. If a major fault is confirmed, an exchange for the same product will be offered.
* No store credits will be issued

5. Order Cancellations / Changes
For prepaid (Credit Card or Bank Transfer) orders, cancellations or changes are allowed within 48 hours of placing the order.

6. Online Orders:
* Client must bear the return courier cost unless it's a sellers mistake.
* The brand might send the replacement once they receive and inspect the return.
